Retail Point of Sale Customer Experience

 

During my time as a lead product designer at Amount, I had the opportunity to help the Amount Pay team break into the retail POS or “buy now, pay later” space. This has been a great opportunity to make a big impact as many of our bank partners are eager to launch buy now, pay later products and compete with the likes of Affirm, Klarna, and AfterPay.

I led customer experience design work for TD Bank’s TD Fit Loan at Checkout product, as well as a new POS product for a top-5 global credit card issuer.

In addition, I’ve worked closely with our head of Amount Pay product and implementations team to define our whitelabel point of sale experience. Having a standard product offering will be critical for Amount to scale and onboard new partners and retailers efficiently.
